ORGANIZATIONAL PAYMENT

Organizational fee of Ukrainian citizens is paid in national currency of Ukraine at the rate of 300 UAH for participants, 150 UAH for post-graduates, 75 UAH for students.

Organizational fee of foreigners is paid in US dollars at the rate of 100 USD for participants, 30 USD for students.

CONFERENCE MATERIALS

 Theses of reports included to the conference program will be published before the conference work start in the separate paper.

 Reports presented on the conference and interested participants most of all will be published in the special editions of the magazines magazines Collection of scientific works of SNUNE&I, Management and informatic problems included into the list of HAC of Ukraine.

CULTURAL PROGRAM

 For conference participants and accompanying persons it is provided to familiarization with historical and cultural monuments of Sevastopol and Crimea, sea walk and excursions to the operating atomic reactor.

 This message is not the reason to participate in the conference work.

REQUIREMENTS TO REPORT THESES AND TEXT DESIGN

• Report materials could be prepared in Ukrainian, Russian or English.
• Text should be prepared in Microsoft Word 97/2000/ХР/2003 editor.
• Text of theses should be provided as doc file and also in 2 copies printed from the only side of the white paper piece of A4 format. Ukrainian citizens should provide expert act on possibility to publish report materials sent by mail.
• Report text should be consisted of short characteristics on common problem and urgency of unresolved problems with obligate references to literary sources; task examined formulation; solution method characteristics; received results; conclusion; list of literary sources.
• All page margins: – 2,3 cm. Page – А4, portraitvolume of the report - up to 8 pages.

Font: Petersburg (or Times New Roman Cyr), 11 pt, line spacing - single.

Formulas: 11 (S-12-12, table - 9pt), subscript/superscript - 8pt (S-12-11, tab - 7pt), sub-subscript/superscript - 6pt (S-12-8, tab - 5pt), symbol - 10 pt. Inserted in the center.

Pictures: should be inserted the following way: copy to clipboard, choose “Paste”, “Paste Special” and choose “Picture”; picture signature 9 pt: pic. 1a; pic. 2a, b. Inserted in the center.

Materials placement order:

UDC : from the left in the top line;

Authors: passing the line, print with lower-case last names and initials of co-authors, country and city (in brackets);

Report name: : in the center of the next line with conventional letters,

Report text: from the next line and outliner 11 pt

In the end of report – last name, first name and fathers’ name, scientific degree, rank, position and place of work of the each author.

Summary on 3 languages (Ukrainian, Russian and English) up to 10 lines including name and names, and also up to 7-10 keywords.
