Systems Integration Specialist

The Company

Their pioneering web based product automates the creation and on-demand distributed delivery of marketing materials for most of Canada’s largest banks and insurance companies. They have achieved this rapid growth in just the last three years! The Medea Group is currently embarking on a major expansion into the U.S. financial services industry. They are currently looking for a Systems Integration Specialist to head up the technical configuration of their software product with their client’s enterprise grade systems.

The Position

You will be the ‘go to person’ as you handle enterprise level system installations and technical configurations and prepare detailed technical documentation. You will primarily interact with client IT systems administrative/support groups and the internal development and QA team.

Responsibilities

You will provide Systems Integration and Configuration including:

• Enterprise level production installations and implementations
• Identify client related environmental, integration, and security requirements
• Create technical specifications, change requests and release notes
• Generate and deliver system builds and patches
• Development on client configurable areas of system

Qualifications

• Enterprise grade systems integrations or applications support experience
• In-depth systems experience with both Windows and UNIX/Linux Web servers, IIS, Apache, MSI and SQL Server
• Programming experience in Perl, HTML, XML , Java and .Net
• CVS or other version control systems
• Strong technical documentation skills
